What is Your Silhouette Type?

Quiz: How to find your morphology(body type)
Greetings ladies!

Do  you know your silhouette type? Are you shaped like an A, X, V, I, H or an O?

Most of us know very well what are our assets and what bits of our bodies that we want to hide. But do we really know our body type? Do you really know how to dress your body and emphasize your attributes? IF you have curves, you are lucky – this is what gives us our soft and feminine side. But to emphasize our bodies, we must know how to “harmonize” our body: valuing our strengths and minimizing our imperfections.

I have prepared a little quiz so you can determine your body shape and dress yourself based on the following results.

Once you’re done, check out my outfits inspirations on Pinterest for style tips and tricks on how to look your best!

Ready? Let’s start!

1. How are your shoulders?
– Wide = 6 points
– Average = 4 points
– Narrow(small) = 2 points

2. Chest. Do you describe yourself as
– Small = 1 point
– Average = 4 points
– Generous = 2 points

3. Your waist, it is rather
– Not very defined = 6 points
– Defined = 2 points
– Straight, no waistline = 1 point

4. Your hips are …
– Narrow(c0mpared to shoulders) = 6 points
– In proportion with “shoulders” = 4 points
– Large = 2 points

5. You have the legs …are they…
– Fines = 6 points
– With forms = 2 points
– Strong = 1 point

Count your points!
You are…
An A morphology(or a triangle shape) if you have 10-12 points
An hourglass(or X shape)= 14-16 points
An O morphology(or apple shape) = 18 points
V morphology(or an inverted triangle) = 26-28points
I morphology(straight line)=  14 points
H morphology(or athletic shape)= 9 points

A morphology or a triangle shape
Narrow shoulders, wider hips and legs? You are a beautiful triangle! We are all likely to have this morphology. What clothes you need? Well-structured clothing to take advantage of your smaller waist and hide your hips. T

An hourglass(or X shape) and O(or apple shape)
A very feminine body shape, you have beautiful curves to highlight by cinching the waist. That said, we must choose outfits carefully to nicely show and harmonize the body.

V morphology or an inverted triangle
The wide, square shoulders, hips are rather minor. You have the body of a swimmer or a yummy strawberry! It is always a question of balance: trying to attract attention to our legs rather than our belly which is rounder.

H and I morphology or rectangle shape
The hips and shoulders are rather balanced, your little defined waist, you are more or less athletic ? Welcome to the club rectangles! We must opt for clothes that give the illusion of having curves and showcase our body!
